Who would've ever thought you would find amazing Mexican food in Mukwonago, WI?? And with Negro Modelo on tap, how can you go wrong? The service is right on par....friendly, efficient, to where they let you enjoy your meal & not bother you. Whether you want to sit at the bar or in a booth, the atmosphere is perfect to your mood! Will definitely be back!

Our waiter Ben was patient and understanding with my almost 2 year old. I ended up taking our food to go because she was being a little too wild for my liking and probably those around us. (I knew it was risky but I needed a break from the newborn at home and I was hungry/thirsty lol) I got chicken & onion enchiladas with the green sauce and rice and beans on the side. I've ordered this every time I've eaten here because I like it so much. I'm so glad I found a place so close to home with good enchiladas. I feel like I've tried a lot over the years. The rice and beans are really yummy as well. They give you chips and salsa right away after you sit down but not really a fan of either, I think they're free though so not a deal breaker. I also ordered 1 lime margarita on the rocks. I can't recall the name but I know it was the second option with the slightly better tequila, not the house margarita. It was kind of sweet (for my liking) and I initially thought it was possibly made with a mix and not fresh but Ben said that wasn't the case and brought me some extra limes which was kind. Wasn't my favorite margarita but that's ok, maybe it was just a one off (hopefully) and it will be better next time, or I'll just try something else! Looked like they had a lot of other great drink options. I know they have some kind of happy hour and serve brunch as well, but both I have yet to experience. One thing I do appreciate about dining in here is that the restaurant is cute inside, and clean and comfortable. Overall, I give this restaurant 5 stars and highly recommend you try it. Will continue to eat here with my family and thoroughly enjoy for many times to come :)

Very nice restaurant with excellent service. You don't have to wait long most nights, even on Fridays or Saturdays. And they have a very lengthy menu. The food is always fresh and delicious. The decor is really beautiful and exotic.

What I love about Antigua is that they do have the typical Mexican food offerings BUT they also have unusual and fun items. The decor is very fun too and the people working there are so nice.

I swung in because I was craving some Mexican. I was by myself, so I sat at the bar. Service was great and immediate. I ordered the fajitas with steak and al pastor. The steak was good, but I was thoroughly impressed with the al pastor. Not sure if it was a fresh batch, but it had so much flavor, I was blown away. Don't change a thing and I'll be a regular. Well played Antigua Real...well played.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area. The Latin cuisine is authentic and delicious and it's difficult to pick a favorite dish. I've never had a disappointing meal here. The atmosphere is beautiful and the waitstaff are always friendly and attentive. So glad to have this establishment in our community.

Had lunch 2 weeks ago. Food was warm and salsa had good flavor and a little bite. I got chips with guacamole and it was tasty. Tacos good burritos very good friend's wife ordered a shrimp dish. She said it was very good. We will be back again.

My wife and I live locally to this establishment, so we visit every other month or so. For a little while (during and shortly after the pandemic) their quality went down. However, my wife and I visited last week- and much to our surprise, their food was excellent. Now, my wife is a native Californian and I lived in San Diego for about 35 years- so we know good Mexican food. We are, to be honest, Mexican food snobs. Too many Mexican food restaurants in the Midwest have Americanized the cuisine, with salsas so mild they're sweet rather than spicy. Store bought tortillas that are gummy and flavorless. Not Antigua Real! Who ever they now have chefing for them now... Knows how to make Mexican food! Excellent! Service has always been on par here as well!

Excellent food. Excellent service. Beautiful, cozy restaurant. Good portion size, reasonable prices. I travel a distance to dine here, it is worth it.
